Discovery Call

Get started with a 15-minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your past dieting experiences, gut health and stress level, and your goals for the future. If I feel we’re a good match for counseling, I’ll explain how I can help you reach your goals, answer any questions about the process, and help you decide which package makes sense.

Initial Session

In this 75-minute session, I’ll take the first half of this initial session to get to know you and your relationship with food and your body. We will discuss your past and present experiences and dig deep to understand your metabolism, gut health, and stress level; we’ll talk about your big-picture goals, what success will look like for you, and identify specific areas of healing that we’ll work on together in future sessions. You’ll walk away from this initial session with clear steps to start making positive changes to your mindset and behaviors.

Ongoing Support

We’ll meet once a month for 45-minute follow-up sessions for ongoing support and accountability. In each follow-up session, we’ll discuss your progress, work through any barriers, and introduce new strategies to help you achieve your goals. These strategies may include tuning into hunger and fullness signals, mindful eating, managing cravings and stress, improving gut health, and understanding nutrition guidelines. I will personalize my approach to address the specific concerns and issues you are working to heal.

Educational Handouts and Worksheets

After each session, you’ll get an email recap with clear and realistic steps you can take to make changes, worksheets to reinforce essential concepts, and relevant reading material.
